This is often the very first time some of our guests have ever had the opportunity to go on real ice.

We are independent and there is no harm in asking. You can ask for a smaller cup in our restaurant for instance, change your skates halfway through skating for a comfier fit (some people wear two pairs of socks and forget to up a size!), or that we can deliver bulky items to your ho-ho-home – just ask we’ll see what we can do.

Family Fun Weekend – What You Said
Goodbye Santa – he’s off back to the North Pole (he’s due back at Whilton Locks Garden Village next weekend).
Thank you for everyone who has visited over our Family Fun Weekend. There were lots of happy visitor faces, happy animals and festive fun throughout both days. There were so many visitors over the weekend with so many nice comments – here’s a selection:

This weekend we welcome Santa to his bigger, better and more beautiful Grotto (we are just adding the finishing touches and I have to say – as I was let out, away from this keyboard for a moment, it is looking incredible; the best yet) and we’d like to invite you to join in the fun with a host of free and discounted activities throughout the store.
